Individual psychotherapy sessions typically last between 45 and 50 minutes. The frequency and duration of therapy will depend on your needs, treatment goals, and progress.
Burnout Group Sessions
The Burnout Group sessions will focus on easy to implement solutions for the areas of Anxiety, and of job-related Burnout, Panic Attacks, and the Depression. Our monthly group sessions are limited to 6 people per cycle.
Hour of Happiness
This is a happy hour event that is focused on networking and nurturing positive relationships with other professionals and completing burnout prevention activities in a group setting. The Hour of Happiness events have the options of in-person or virtual. Please register as spots are limited per event.
